A few keys (not function keys) not working
Symptom:
User may notice that one or more keys on keyboard not working, and those keys are not special functional keys.
Solution:
1. If a liquid spillage incident just occurred, immediately cut off power, unplug AC adapter, remove battery (some product's battery is integrated and cannot be removed. Use battery type guide from toolbox to check.), for safety consideration, suggest not to use it until completely dry. For liquid spillage incident follow up CID process to complete the service.
2. If there is any key caps falling, follow up CID process to complete the service.
3. Check if there is any foreign object fall into keyboard and stuck there. If so, clean the keyboard (may use a blower like hair dryer, or turn off ThinkPad then hold it upside down and give it a good shake. TURN OFF HEAT WHEN USE A HAIR DRYER.)
4. Replace keyboard. If problem still exists, replace the systemboard.
